With having served in ministry now for 20 years, in roles such as worship, youth, young adults, creative, and intern pastor, I have been blessed with having learned from a variety of ministry leaders. I have had the opportunity to lead teams, both paid and volunteers. In all of this I have learned the importance of coaching. This is a deep level of discipleship that I myself have been able to reap the benefits from and now understand the importance spreading.
1 Thessalonians 2:8 states, “We loved you so much that we shared with you not only God’s Good News but our own lives, too.” My goal with coaching is to simply live out the scripture, and partner alongside other ministers in order to encourage their walk with God, family and ministry.
